How? It’s simple, we don’t want people to start a fake Kpop group, work on it for a few days, abandon it, then turn around and start a new one. We’d rather the users who start a fake Kpop group, start one, commit to it & when they finish one, they can start another one. Not sure how that’s confusing at all.
