"Sunoo, will you slow down? Sun...dammit...SUNOO!"
Niki's voice echoed through the air as he picked up speed, following Sunoo as the older boy practically ran through the crowded streets of Seoul.
An hour earlier, Sunoo had gotten a message from someone on Instagram, leaking pictures of him kissing another boy, along with some derogatory comments about the older's sexuality, and even though Niki tried to tell Sunoo to ignore it, that people were just jerks, Sunoo wouldn't listen.
He stormed off, tears in his eyes, as he ran through the streets with no destination in mind.
Niki exited from the huge crowd of people and looked around, "dammit Sunoo...where are you?"
He reached into his pants pocket and pulled his phone, with the intention of calling Sunoo, but the low battery light met his eyes first. Niki cursed under his breath, shoving his phone back into his pockets as he walked towards the dock.
"SUNOO!"
Then he heard it. The quiet sniffling and sobs of his older friend. Niki sped walked towards the sound, finding Sunoo crouched down behind some boxes, knees to his chest, arms wrapped around them, head on top.
The older boy's body shook, wrecked with sobs. Niki sucked in air as he clicked his tongue. "Sunoo. Knock it off. Why are you crying?"
Sunoo looked up at him, face flushed, tears staining his puffy cheeks, eyes red. "They're making fun of me.."
"So? Who cares! Are you happy with yourself? With who you choose to love?" Niki asked, to which Sunoo nodded, "then don't worry about what idiots like that say."
"Sunoo...are you going to eat that?"
"What?...oh...no...here, Sunghoon hyung.." Sunoo said as he passed the pudding cup to the older boy.
"What were you thinking about?" Sunghoon asked him as he dipped his spoon into the chocolate pudding.
"Niki...and why he isn't here.." Sunoo sighed.
Sunghoon stopped, spoon mid air, as his face paled slightly. Sunoo didn't notice it though, the younger boy was staring off into the distance.
Sunghoon finally reacted, bringing the spoon to his mouth, before sitting it back down. "I'm sure he will come visit you soon, Sunoo."
He didn't wait for a response, he got up, emptying the rest of his tray, before leaving and going to the nurses office.
"Sunghoon. Is everything okay?"
"With me? Yes. With Sunoo? No...he's talking about Niki again.." Sunghoon said sadly, as the nurse's expression on her face matched his tone.
"Thank you, Sunghoon." She said before grabbing Sunoo's chart and a black pen.
Increase medication doses.
