don't be ashamed of your scars. You never need to feel that way. And if anybody makes you feel like you can't show your scars just ignore them because they don't know what beauty is.

so basically I was friends with this one girl, and she started talking behind my back a lot, saying I was a BiOtCh and stuff like that and saying I was a 'pick me' 'attention seeker' 'faker' and I was doing everything for clout, and she knows that i'm not faking, she said 'shes just copying me to be cool' even though she's the one with a fake personality, and she can't accept the goddamn fact that its not just her that has problems, previously I vented to her about how I got sa'd (no I was not raped, it was unwanted touch on my waist shoulders back and legs) and she said that I was faking it for clout, eventually when I found out she was talking bad about me I had a panic attacks, we aren't friends anymore fortunately and I distance myself from her. and i'm doing better

She should have not talked about you like that. You deserve better. And to make fun of anxiety is wrong because I know how it feels to have panic attacks and it is scary. I'm glad you don't talk to her anymore. She don't deserve you

My friends at school are avoiding me and I feel really left out. I feel like they talk about me behind my back but I don't want to believe it. This has happened before so idk if it's just dejavu or it's for real. Plus the pressure on my grades is getting to me. My anxiety has been through the roofs and I have been having more panic attacks. It's scary.
