When I'm sad and emotional my anger shows when I feel mad, I never know how to control my emotions sometimes and I tend to over do it. Idk what to do anymore, my step mom is leaving bc my dad says rude things to her and I don't want her to leave. I was scared abt moving to another city at first but after making new friends I don't wanna leave them. I don't wanna leave my gf the most ><
