im the worse person ever. I serve no purpose people don't really care about me. I never did a single good thing in my life. I think people secretly hate me. I don't get why people call me their friend. like I don't even have a good personality nor good humor. I don't have the motivation I used to have. I miss the old times when I just didn't care what other people think about me and it was just me and my "friends". I had 3 panic attacks, and the workers just let me sit there alone

I hope this time I get assigned to a better psychotherapist

I mean, I eat more now, but it feels like another ED, like I can't stop

parents are supposed to be labeled as "trusted adults"
yet they dont listen
so how do i know they can be trusted?
they are supposed to be supportive

they say "dont bottle up your emotions"
yet they say "come on, why are you crying? you dont need to do that"
its been three years, they are now just looking for a therapist for me
ive been down a spiral i cant get out of
my friend went to the hospital for two weeks
shes just coming back
she is who i feel safe with
who i trust
who i can tell anything,
shes the same age as me, and understands more than anyone else could
