cus i can get it to a rich brown colour and it tastes good
it doesnt have the smoke that kettle chai does (not smoke...maybe like the lightness?? theres a slight taste diff) but its still so good my parents always ask me specifically for it

i usually do microwave chai bc my mom makes THE BEST stove chai that one simply cannot replicate.

theres one named rizwana and shes like my cousin atp bro theres a language barrier but my urdu got better so she speaks to me in urdu, i respond in minimal urdu or i say it in english and my cousin translates

bro since my parents were so used to having one growing up
IM THE MAID NOW
but its like good cus im independent and stuff
my cousins dont even do the laundry themselves which i find kinda crazy cus im the one who does laundry at home

i've mastered chai so i can put enough sugar in without putting to much in, usually what i do when i started putting the sugar in was like put little but and taste and keep doing that until i felt like it was enough
