It's shocking how much they promote plastic surgery but it's not uncommon for people there to have plastic surgery. I'm a little against cosmetic surgeries personally unless you really need to have one for medical reasons

I know I mean I guess that’s just part of their culture in order to look more attractive than not. But I’m wondering if they know about the consequences of leaving plastic surgery on their face even in the future (for an extensive long period of time)
