Not sure if it counts as a question, but I have noticed these last couple days that my notifications will have a number (I have seen 24, and 17) will pop up then when the page fully loads its back to its normal one (I usually don't get any higher then 3), and can't help but wonder if this is because of the page loading/ its trying to load an ad or just a website thing.

Not mad about it at all, just something I've observed lately.

I'm not to sure if anyone else seems them but as a reddit user I see them upon my feed all the time in different kpop communities, including kpop thoughts (def one I see it often), for most of the time the description is well explained and doesn't seem to bad, trying to understand kpop etc...
