It does not include someone who sang or rapped in one song.
Dancing wise they should be viewed as a great dancer or have a dance position.
A common example is Jungkook from BTS.

I would say my all rounder is Kim Hongjoong! He obviously is a very good rapper and dancer but he also is an amazing vocalist! He even composes too! He is one of the most talented idols I have ever seen and I know he is my ultimate bias but I really do think he is talented and so sweet!
