I got into it because I wanted to know why my friend was obsessing over it. I should’ve watched my footing cause your girl fell hard into this giant Kpop rabbit hole.

Almost everyone I knew liked it and I had enough of their pestering...
Here is the funny part, after I started stanning half of them forgot what kpop was and didn't like it anymore

I randomly found 2NE1's I am the best playing in the background of a video, I immidiately fell in love with that song 
I looked up 2NE1 and listened to their discography just to find out they'd disbanded a day before

I'm really into hip-hop and they had a few bops and became amazed ;-;
I honestly found it by watching Ting Ting asmr. Someone in the comments said she looked like Lisa from BP and I just looked that up and found Blackpink lol

I just loved the music and genuinely enjoyed it!
I was watching a video about the most viewed videos sin 24 hours and Fake Love and ddu-du ddu-du were on the list. I thought the music sounded cool so I checked out BLACKPINK and BTS, then BAM I fell into the kpop hole.
I had found the mv for Dope by BTS and i could not stop watching it and I ended up watching a couple more but after that I didn't really get into it but my friend group had fallen for kpop aa year later and at the time i didn't like and thought it was stupid and i never understood why one of my friends loved seventeen so much (how ironic since they're my ult group) but one day my friend showed me the Blood Sweat and Tears mv and i fell hard for BTS and after that I've fallen for even more groups and I'm now broke from buying albums like the Pristin V Like a V album which was delivered to me today
