Who is NouerA?

Who is NouerA? I've been seeing a handful of their videos and performances on my youtube homefeed, I only really know that Lay is one(?) of their producers or something like that, but otherwise I'm not to sure who they are, they have an incredible amount of views on a lot of their stuff and I'm def curious about them. These are what I have seen upon my feed so far.

I don't have twitter so I feel completely out of the loop!
