Variable, but certainly not in the latest case. I got both versions of The End of Nightmare, got four photocards in each, and not a single Siyeon.

Not really, but then I also don't have any duplicates, or anything (I have multiples of the same person, not of the same pictures). I'm happy with getting a fresh album and letting the cards fall as they may.
