Friend introduced me to Red Velvet and CLC one night and I instantly fell in love with Kpop and everything about it.
I heard it 10 years ago when my sister came home from college and showed me Wonder Girls' "nobody" I thought it was weird but some how got to listen to it anyway then I began to love it.

I saw a reaction video to Sistar's "Touch my Body" and wasn't super impressed at first. Then I saw a new reaction video from the same channel. That time it was the reaction to BTS' newest song "Danger" and I fell in love and have listened to kpop ever since.

Around when they debuted, someone I followed on twitter started hating on Twice for some reason?? So out of curiosity I checked out their mv and fell in love instantly, unfollowed that person real quick & checked out more kpop. I listened to lots of songs but I was pretty much just a casual kpop fan until someone asked me to draw a member of BTS and I got really into the fandom while doing research for the drawing. After that I fell in love with Seventeen & they've been my ult for two years, aaaaand now I'm in too deep and I've spent too much money on albums help lmao

A couple of months later, I was talking to a friend about them, showing her videos, doing a bit of a cultural exchange, and she told me about a Japanese artist I should check out; the title of the song she recommended was "Fly High". It was good enough; I subbed to her channel, but the YT recs must have made the K-pop connection, because a certain other video by the same title was at the top of the recommended list.
And that's how I discovered Dreamcatcher...

My sister introduced me to BTS and later to Blackpink and I started to make my reasearch on other groups not just these ones. But in the past I used to listen to gangam style a lot also the version featuring hyuna. I remember once I bought a magazine and it had a poster of Suga and I was like "Who is this?". That happend in 2015 lol. I tried searching for the poster but sadly I didn't found it.
One of my middle school friend were reading wattpad back then and she saw Jungkook and Jimin as a portrayer of some characters and searched them up. After a few days, we've started to watch their music videos and got to know BTS. Until I met one of my bestfriends now. We discovered so much talented groups and idols(until now) and now were so into kpop to the point that we dragged some of our friends :3
A Vpop soloist I liked did a cover of Blackpink's "Ddu-Du-Ddu-Du" and I listened to the original and fell in love (lol). It was very recent like I think December 2018 maybe?
