My favourite song that's fully Japanese by a Korean group is Russian Roulette by Red Velvet, because when I added the song to my playlist I accidentally added the Japanese version.

However, my favourite song that was originally Japanese by a Korean group is Breakthrough by TWICE, however the exact opposite happened to Russian Roulette as I added the Korean version instead LMAO
