My weight. I really struggle trying to work out because I'm tired a lot of the time. I also have a hard time remembering to get healthy foods. I just grab something quick to eat when I'm hungry instead of thinking ahead of having healthy things to eat. I feel like my tiredness is from my diet because last time I got bloodwork done my vitamin D was low. I just am really bad at putting effort into what I eat There are times I am content and don't mind my weight but every once in a while I get really frustrated with it.

i'm the only "different" person in my whole class. like no joke, everyone is white / american. then there's me...a southeast asian. i look so out of place and i absolutely hate it. everybody has either blonde / brown hair with lighter skin, and i have black hair and tan skin. and they make fun of me all the time for it. i hate it so much.
