I usually don't eat breakfast; if I take it, it is limited to a banana or an apple. I can't eat the next two or three hours after waking up, so I always get some organic granola in the office. I usually eat it after some hours of work. I like eating granola because it is healthy food. I have digestion problems, and it is a perfect food for people with such problems. Most people say that all my health problems start because I don't eat in the mornings, and I am trying, but I feel heavy on my stomach if I eat after I weak up.
