What do you guys think of the Kpop group MAVE?

ive never rlly seen an ai kpop group so im kinda interested. who knows they might be big some day
also idk why but i have this reoccuring thought abt mave like
what would happen if theres a glitch in the system mid performance

It's an interesting concept, I liked their debut song but yeah I get that it can be a little bit creepy too and of course I'm more into the idea of groups debuting with actual humans than holograms.
I definitely don't want to believe this would be the future of k-pop industry.

I’m not completely against AI groups, so I don’t really mind them. But they’re just something that I wouldn’t bother checking out.

Actually, forget what I said on the second half of the original post.
I’ve just decided to check them out of interest and I actually like the two songs that they’ve released - pandora and wonderland.

I dont support it at all.
I feel like the talent of the people behind the idols is totally wasted. a lot of people who support ¨them¨ will say: ¨Oh well it is cheaper for the company¨. But like realistic editing isn't the cheapest thing in the world either.
I also feel like people are going crazy about the whole thing saying ¨oh this is what K-pop is gonna become blah blah blah¨ but no not really-? I mean we have always had A.I groups in the past for a while now so idk what makes MAVE any different

The people working behind AI groups like MAVE and PLAVE probably worked really hard to produce the content and music + editing and creating the idols then animating them so I think we should appreciate the effort but I don't think AI idols will really take over. Plus, the movements when dancing are noticeably stiffer than they would be for actual humans so I'm pretty sure dance isn't going to take a big hit imo. I also think the Kpop fanbases are really loyal to kpop idols they support so AI idols would be kind of a thing ppl would probably check out, out of curiosity but not as a main thing, and the future of the kpop industry would be less exciting if AI's took over because fanmeetings and what's said will all be programmed beforehand and fans want the real emotions and feelings of their idol.
