I like making herbal hair masks when I’m feeling stressed—it helps me relax and focus on something simple. Mixing ingredients and massaging them into my scalp is weirdly calming. Plus, my hair ends up soft, which is a nice bonus.

i love writing down in like a notebook about my thoughts to get them out, or do a freewrite with a time limit so that way im only focused on getting things out of my head, i also love to sing bc for some reason why im in pain or i like am rlly stressed, the first thing i do is sing a random song ik, once i sung "one last time-"
