When the weather allows, I get on my bike and ride wherever I want with it. No plans or intentions, just cruising the pedals and going forward. I don’t like to stress at home, because then I want to go out, and this is a bad state. If the weather is bad, then I still run out into the street and walk along new roads that I have not walked on before. Sometimes I get on a new bus that I haven't ridden before. In general, I try to fill my day with something new. It really helps to get over it quickly.
