there are so many things that makes me triggered/annoyed.

for example:
-when people step on the back of my shoes
-hypocrites
-when people steal my snacks without asking
-when people i don't know that well touch me
-when people don't apologize for doing something to me (even if it's on accident)
-WHEN PEOPLE TRY TO TALK TO ME WHEN I HAVE MY HEADPHONES iNNNNNNN!!!!!

i could go on and on lmao. what bothers you guys?

- when my dog needs to go out after i've just taken him out
- when people are rude for no reason
- when my sisters kicks me in her sleep
- when i get my clothes wet with water, juice, milk, etc. (besides washing it ofc)

loud eaters, slow walkers, when people don't take advantage of the opportunities afforded to them, when people chose not to be kind, scratching silverware on plates,
when people get overly emotional about things that don't directly or even secondarily affect them (for example: someone sobbing for days and refusing to leave the house when a classmate's mom, both of whom they've never met before passes away) This last one is really personal, as it happened to me after a tragedy in my town. Don't get me wrong, people should be allowed to express emotions, but not to the extent that they are doing it for attention.
