This is not going to be official because technically i don't have permission to post this here, but as the mod thats the most active (I think) i'll say this as a warning.
There have been two users now permanently banned named something along the lines of Newjeans stan and Gminnie5, they are the same person that some how managed to get passed the ban system and make it a habit of starting stuff and bullying others.
They might comeback so please be aware and DO NOT engage with them, if they attack you only report them, if you see them antagonizing someone else only report them. If they make call out threads (something that this user has done) only report it.
The user seems to use AAVE, uses memes like a twitter user, and targets @/
