to like the people out there

I keep one either flanking my spike or giving a home run (iykyk) but whenever I do get a good spike its always when i'm in the flow? how do I just make it a norm to do spikes like that? I am 5'3 or 5'4 idk at this point but I can jump high its just that my best jumps are when I am in the flow so help?

and my passing I am really struggling with I mean I have been playing for like a couple years I started in 4th or 5th grade my foot work is good i'm just struggling with the don't swing your arms part.

and my blocking is really sucky i'm either not jumping high enough or my hands aren't together or my teammates aren't blocking with me or supporting the block behind me

don't put as much power into it (like a feint or just a little less power) and work on your control/midair movements + precision also getting good spikes while in flow is normal but it shouldn't be happening ONLY during flow because if u lose flow during a game you'll end up benched or not scoring or losing.

for receiving/passing it's all about angles/the position of ur body and timing/coordination you're so supposed to be firm so the ball bounces right off of ur forearms which is why you don't swing and instead you use your wrists/forearms to pass it over to your teammate and you can also overhand pass as well which might be easier for you since you swing ur arms.

when blocking your hands should be in an umbrella type shape but not too much to where you foul for being over the net and you fingers should be spread apart though for the jumping part Im not to sure on how to improve your vertical and just communicate with your teammates more

but don't take my word on any of this I'm not a prof I've only played for 3 years
