in the settings, the card should be active to use it
it is active..i clicked active and saved it then it refreshed and then when I clicked the settings again the checked box isn't active anymore and it does this a lot I can't even have my age on my profile due to this..because all it does is refresh my stuff...

Have you purchased a username change before? If so, you have to discard the first username change you’ve purchased before you can use the second one.
