Basically, once you submit an idol to a company, that idol belongs to them. They may not accept the idol, so unless if you plan to do something with that idol yourself, you can't claim it anymore. If the idol is rejected from the company or made a trainee then there will be no point in claiming it. Once you submit an idol to a company, it is their responsibility to claim the idol. Also my memory sucks so if I add it under your name and they try to claim it then we'll have a whole mess because I'll tell them that they can't claim it because it was already claimed by you. So it's just easier if the CEO of the company claims it themselves.
