Okay is it just me or after Dynamite was released, groups started releasing upbeat, somewhat disco-esque songs?
I'm going based off of two songs: Black Mirror by ONEUS and WE DO by SuperM. You're welcome to tell me I'm wrong, but I'm just being observant.

disco is definitely the music trend of the moment, and i dont doubt that dynamite played a big part in its popularity in kpop, but i do want to point out that bts most likely released dynamite bc disco was trending in the usa since late 2019 ( think doja cat's say so, the weeknd's blinding lights, and dua lipa's future nostalgia album). kpop usually takes cues from western music trends (especially the usa) and do with that what they will.

also worth noting that another really popular (at least from what i could see) disco kpop song from last year that could have played a part in a lot of kpop acts releasing disco-esque tracks was jyp's when we disco (released a little over a week before dynamite). sunmi's pporappipam is somewhat disco-esque as well and was released in june.

so yeah, you're not wrong but it's also just a bigger general trend. disco is making a comeback~
