On Mnet's show 'Running Mates' with Sunmi, EXID's Hani, Oh My Girl's YooA, Chungha and LOONA's Chuu they shared their inner thoughts and feelings with other.
Sunmi talked her journey as an artist with leaving Wonder Girls and taking a break and then becoming a solo artist and leaving her company.
Then she divulges being diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) which is a serious condition that involves having unstable emotions (if you want to read about it more click HERE)
Sunmi stresses how important it is to listen and cater to our emotions.
She is so strong and I really admire her for sharing her struggles as it would have been a very hard thing to do.
Oh..At least I got a Heads up of what she did during her career when she left Wonder Gils for a bit, I feel bad for her that she had to go through this, such a harmful disorder that can make you feel different than before..But Now she's okay Thanks to God!

Having a personality disorder is already kinda frowned upon in the west. I can't imagine how bad it must be in Korea.
