Stray Kids’ Seungmin will be taking a break for health reasons

JYP Entertainment has confirmed on January 5 that Kim Seungmin from Stray Kids will be going on hiatus to recover from the flu and will unable to attend the upcoming activities as scheduled.

Statement:

“Hello, this is JYP Entertainment. Stray Kids’ Seungmin has been diagnosed with type A flu, so he will not be able to attend the following activities: – January 5 (Sunday) Solitary SKZ Room – January 6 (Monday) 2020 Idol Star Athletics Championships – eSports – January 7 (Tuesday) Fan signing event, Mwave Meet & Greet Following the doctor’s diagnosis that he needs sufficient rest and stability, we have decided that he should not attend [the events] in consideration of his health. We will do our best to make sure he recovers quickly. We apologize for the sudden news, and we ask for your understanding. Thank you.”
