GO TO ADMIN PANEL > ADD-ONS AND INSTALL ABSTRACT SIDEBAR TO SEE FORUMS AND SIDEBAR
Staff members help moderate the site and make sure people are following the rules and being appropriate. Admins (aka Key) can do that too, plus manage other things like username changes and credits
