SP!LT was made in 1992 and has debuted multiple stars such as The New, Eat or Kill the rich (EOKTR), Monthly Angelz, BeAGod, YAOCHEN, Lo(w)Kiz, Paradise, A.R.T, NATM, Blood to Bloom, Moon Guardians, Tokyo Drift. MOTWQ, and MOTWS.
SP!LT Entertainment has released official statement stating that they're gonna debut 2 new girl groups, 1 co-ed group, 1 boy trio, 4 soloist, and 2 duos!
- The names of the duos are NATM (short for Night At The Museum) and A.R.T (Angels Resist Temptations).
- The 2 girl groups are named Moon Guardians (which will have 5 members) and BLOOD TO BLOOM (which will have 6 members),
- The boy group is called Lo(w)Kiz (pronounced Lokis).
- The co-ed group is split into 2 different sub-units who both have 6 members that were brought together to make W0odL4nd, The girl sub-unit is named B4ttle of the F0rest (BOTF) and the boy sub-unit is named H1dden g4rden.
- The 2 girl soloists names are Celine and Jihyun, The 2 boy soloists names are Huoqiang and Minjun

SP!LT Entertainment has released official statement stating that they're gonna debut their 2 new subsidiary companies Fulpassion and 4GTC along with the subsidiaries' new groups!
- Fulpassion was founded on March 6th, 2019 and was an independent label with their only group MISSIXX. The company was slowly going bankrupt so SP!LT now owns 70% of the company.
- 4GTC is a newer label founded by Choi Seungcheol more known as S.Coups of SEVENTEEN. He can't manage an entire label all on his own so SP!LT owns 50% of 4GTC.
- 4GTC is debuting their very own coed group called "TWS" more news is to come later
- Fulpassion isn't planning to debut any groups soon but there may be some surprises in the near future.
