On July 2025 "The girl group 紫月光 has announced their name change to "SOLO MOON" and released their single "Look At Me Now," marking the beginning of their new chapter. Their group name combines the mystical hexagram, the six elements of the universe, and lunar energy, symbolizing the unity of six members coming together as one. The members emphasized, "We are no longer shining individuals, but a circle, a full moon.""

The first member to leave from the 9 member lineup was Rinii, she left the NEXTGIRLZ show before episode 4, she was temporarily replaced with Hana, Hana left the team after the end of the show.

From 8 to 7

November 2024; According to #EighRA official ig post, MENG will not be participating in any future events due to personal future plans. EighRA will continue their activities as a 7-member group.
