If you look at the concept photos, you can see that all of the members (except Irene) have teeth in them. They are featured as to appear like they want to eat the cake or the girls. However, this is not present in Irene's concept photos. This has resulted in the creation of the theory that Irene is going to be some kind of cake/RedVelvetmember eating monster in the comeback.
I honestly wouldn't put it past SM with how unique Red Velvet's concepts are.
