Okay!!! So my absolute favorite vkei band is XaaXaa so definitely them. I also like The Madna (my pfp is the guitarist from The Madna), The Gazette, Versailles, Malice Mizer(their music is hard to find though unless through youtube), Moi dix Mois (same with MM their music is also hard to find but youtube might have some), Buck-Tick (their songs have appeared in a couple anime openings like Trinity Blood & Shiki)
