why am I like this sighhhhhh why does anyone want to be friends with me I feel like I make it obvious that I have mental health issues to my irl friends I guess they don't really care I really looking out for this one friend ok imma not gonna spill I always get worked up and spill too much imma crash out *crashes out* now my head and jaw hurts and my eyes are puffy
I feel like I'm talking into a void and there's no one online and when people are they probably wouldn't care about what I say anyways so i should just talk when people are actually online and just left on unread for a while and feel like I'm being ignored when I'm really not

I feel like people support mental health until it comes basic hygienic like for example:
" you HAVEN'T bushed your teeth in 3 days." like some people don't have the motivation to do anything
