That is a very weird assumption to make, he's busy, when he comes online it doesn't necessarily mean he's here to check messages, he could be handling forum things, he doesn't always get back to the mods either.
If you want to become an author send and email to [email protected] explaining why you want to be an author. If the email doesn't get a response you send him a DM on here
