I messed up my ankle doing a backhandspring on the beam. Im good now. Only aches when I turn it the wrong way or I can usually tell when rain is coming in cause it'll start hurting

My school nurse says that breaking a bone can give you arthritis in that area during weather changes and that’s why my arm always hurts #midwest!

Surprisingly I have never broken a bone ever. I just sprained it really badly.

Ofc! Im actually glad I didn't, knowing what all these athletes went through and are still going through now, like pressure from their families/coaches, i don't think i could have done it
