I serve what looks like an excellent breakfast for a couple hours in a small bowl with some cheese on it to keep the texture from going stale or tangy or too mushy to be eaten by a fish or a salad dressing and then a salad with some cheese or something else that is just plain good for lunch or dinner and then I have some chicken and cheese
