Can I give you some advice? Drink warm or almost hot (but not boiling hot) water & tea, all day. It helped me with my period. I only cramped for a little bit on day one and I usually cramp really bad day 1-3 but I didn't cramp at all on day 2-3 because I drank warm water and tea all day on day 1

At least try it. It might help, you never know. I told my online bestie the same but she also hates hot drinks so I don't think she did it but it did help me. So hopefully it helps you too Vessie ♡
