i did traditional dancing but uhh I lost a lot of my flexibility; I can still do the splits fully but it hurts, and my back is decently flexible

i can do a back bend and cartwheels and hand stands. i js need to learn how to do the splits without pain for the choreo part in ggum. like i can do it, it js hurts a lottttt
