I had this issue to, you have to message a moderarator and they should be able to re set your password. That's how I got into mine, I didn't get the email reset either. Or message on the help section and leave a post like I did.

Building windmills is so hard, like I know it'll look nice once its all done, but I dislike building roofs, they all look so bad when I do it
