I’m gonna crash out
I barely sleep anymore. I go to sleep at 11pm, then toss n turn for an hour, then fall asleep, then wake up in the middle of the night, go back to sleep, wake up again randomly, and when get proper sleep, it’s actually time to wake up (at 8am on wknds or holidays for me)
