honestly the sugar rush is real, I have adhd so I already have a lot of energy but when I have sugar it makes it worst sometimes and then when I get excited which is always over comebacks I go overboard and my sister has to tell me to calm down

ikr, i go proper bonkers and literally become more extroverted and crazy, like literally

my mum doesn't allow like any sugar into my younger sister cause of her adhd, she's only allowed it during special event or smth. and she doesn't like sugary stuff either so that's another thing

ya me and my siblings can't have sweets either unless it's a event but majority of the time but normally I just end up eating sweets at school if it's given to me or I buy it
