Don't get me wrong I'm getting better at them but phone calls make me so nervous! My dad has been slowly pushing me to book my own appointments and stuff, and its so nerve wracking...

but afterwards I always feel better about it to you know? its kinda like a love - hate relationship with it. I hate having to do it but once I do it and book it, even if I mumble my words I end up feeling better about it
