I honestly need to rethink my friend choices when the next school year starts, so far all my friend/friend groups have backstabbed me, started rumours, talked bad abt me behind my back or just forgot I exist

I honestly need to rethink my friend choices when the next school year starts, so far all my friend/friend groups have backstabbed me, started rumours, talked bad abt me behind my back or just forgot I exist

for me when I came back to my hometown this past school year it got rough for me, majority of my friends from middle school weren't friends anymore and I didn't talk to all of them much. I ended up getting myself in drama and it was april so I had like literally less than 2 months left

honestly idk but a lot happened while I was even gone, so I just came back to a broken friend group and they all found their own group of friends. It was my main friend who were all in the same group as me so I knew them since 6th and 7th grade and one of them since 1st grade so I talked to 6/7 of them the most since I was around them often. I also made a few more friends as well since I'm in jrotc but for me it was kinda a lot. It made wish that my family didn't move back since I had a good group of people I talked to previously
