Many people attack other people for wearing clothes that aren't their culture.
But, I find the concept stupid.
I feel very happy when I see other people that aren't south asian wearing south asian clothing. It feels rewarding and they look beautiful. But, as soon as they post it they get attacked with the word "cultural appropriation". It feels like we're putting barriers up and not sharing cultures, and sharing cultures in my eyes is an amazing thing. I just don't think you have the right to call something cultural appropriation, unless they are visibly mocking it or you have that culture.

It really blows my mind how everyone says they like me here but as soon as I leave, no one leaves comments on my wall about how they miss me or want me to come back or whatever but a regular user or an alt account leaves for a day & people are spamming them about how much they miss them lol so basically no one really likes me here and all I am is a mod, so fine. i don't mean this in a mean way, but there are so many people on the forums, it's hard to keep up with who leaves and who doesn't. so telling everyone "fuck you" because they're not spamming your walls on how much they miss you is just rude. We all have lives outside of the forums, and honestly, the forums is supposed to be a fun place where you can come and come back anytime and it's welcoming. I mean, lots of people like you here,. I mean, I do too, just because we don't spam you or anything, doesn't mean we don't like you.
