It’s so funny when someone tries to insult me by calling me fat and ugly, and I’m just like “I know.” And then they just look at me in shock, like, what? Why would it be an insult when it’s the truth? what am I supposed to do, cry? But then 9 times out of 10 their rebuttal is “well you’re just agreeing because you want attention, you’re a pick me ” and I’m just like “I agreed because it’s true, stop being weird.” like am I supposed to defend myself from the truth?
