if your back hurts from sitting, try this: get on your hands and knees w your hands stretched out in front of you. move your hands out to the right and push your hips back toward your left ankle and hold it for abt 10 seconds. then do it for the opposite side. that's one of the exercises i was taught at physical therapy, it works pretty well! just remember that if it hurts, don't push yourself or you could seriously injure yourself c:my back hurts because I have been sitting all day
