Thank you! I most definitely am going to rest. I took a relatively warm shower today cause I have an aching muscle and it didnt help ugh but I am going to rest here soon.

You're welcome! Have a great rest when you do. Hmm, maybe its cause it would be best if you just lie down, relaxing your whole body. Maybe the reason why the warm shower didn't really help much was probably that you had to stand up while washing up and stuff, when your body just needed to relax lying down. I hope you have a nice rest!
