Write a letter
A heartfelt letter can let him know how you feel. You can ask him to tell you how he feels, too.

If you can't ask in person, texting gives you both time to think about your responses. For example, you could say, "Hi, we've been talking for a while, and I just wanted to ask you, do you like me?" .

Hint at it
Bring up something like enjoying your time together or how you feel when you're with them. For example, you could say, “It's really nice to spend time together with just the two of us, don't you think so?” .
Flirt
Lean towards him, find excuses to touch him, and flirt with him. If he is into you, he will accept your advances and possibly return his affection.
Ask indirectly
You can ask him, “Are you still interested in hanging out together, or would you rather just be friends?” . This gets to the heart of the issue and gives him the opportunity to share what he is feeling.
