My teeth hurt because my orthodontist decided to make the wire really tight. So now, my teeth hurt.

i had these bar things on my teeth? like my first canines to the back on both sides
then a small button hook for the bottom near the back

i had to connect a rubber band from the top to the bottom and BOIIIIIII it hurt
