What is going on with MBC World Youtube channel? They refuse to upload new videos featuring KEY but will upload previous ones that have already been uploaded? does it have something to do with assuring their view counter?

I clicked on a 'new upload' that also featured Code Kunst, but the quality is different and fans are saying its an old episode and is a reupload as well?.
